So here's how to use red light therapy - and how I personally use red light therapy:

✅ I've been in the red light therapy space for many years. I've got many panels and lots of experience, so I often get asked how I use red light therapy. So I decided to dedicate a video to this topic
✅ People want to know what setup I use, what frequency of red light therapy sessions, what wavelengths, whether I use goggles, the timing of my sessions, and so forth
✅ I shot this video in September 2022 and it's not necessarily informative on how you should use red light therapy. Everyone is different and I go into different dosing styles in this video
✅ My setup is in my gym, where I have four BioMax 900 red light therapy panels. I also have one PlatinumLED BioMax 600 to my side. All of these devices are set up wirelessly, so if I turn one off, all go off. Most of my sessions I do in my gym. I use the PlatinumLED panels because I've got great results with them over the years
✅ Most of my red light therapy sessions are centered around my training. I train five times a week and use red light therapy at the same time, as part of my warm up. These sessions take place at 3 PM in the afternoon. If I'm sick or not training I don't use red light therapy for a while
✅ I don't really track the time when I'm using it but it's usually 5 - 15 minutes in total. So that's an average of 10 minutes, 5 times a week. I use multiple panels though so if you use fewer, you might need more treatment time to hit all your bodily spots. I stand 3-4 inches from the panel, on average
✅ With the BioMax panels, I use both red and near infrared light at the maximum power most of the time. Sometimes I drop the red light. The wavelengths used are 630nm, 660nm, 810nm, 830nm, and 850nm
✅ As far as what I wear, I wear as little as possible to get as most skin exposed as possible. Usually I'm in my underwear although sometimes I drop that even and go fully naked
✅ As far as combining the sauna and red light therapy, I use the latter first while the former is warming up
