Stage 4 lockdowns here in Melbourne and more time at home - here's 5 things to work on while we're in iso and online training to improve your Muay Thai game! No equipment required (though a mirror and some markings on the floor for feet positioning may be useful).

1) FOOTWORK 00:23
- Keeping heels off the ground, and feet engaged through the balls of your feet.
- Not locking the knees out
- Reviewing stance

2) HAND POSITIONING 04:03
- Where do we put our hands for our guard
- Hand movements (not stiff, but also keeping them up for protection)
- Elbow positioning

3) HAND POSITIONING DURING ELBOWS 08:01
- How we position hands and opposite arm during elbow strikes
- How to rotate forearm

4) "SWITCH" TECHNIQUE 13:20
- Technique and positioning for the switch kick/knee
- Weight Transfer
- Keeping good width in the switch to execute the strike

5) WEIGHT TRANSFER FOR KICKS AND KNEES 19:05
- Transferring body weight onto post leg
- Breaking down the kick into 3 parts
- Common mistakes
