The soil of our homeland is dearer than any relationship; it is nurtured by the blood of martyrs.

On every inch of this land, the heirs of the martyrs hold onto the marks of their greatness, living with the conviction that the entire nation stands behind them.

The families of the martyrs are proud that their sons attained the highest honor of martyrdom.

Salute to the mothers, sisters, wives, and daughters who sacrificed their loved ones for the protection of our homeland.

On the occasion of Eid al-Adha, the families of the martyrs remembered their loved ones, sharing their thoughts:

"When my father was martyred, I was a matric student. The Pakistan Army supported us. The soldiers and officers helped me immensely. The position I am in today is largely due to the Pakistan Army. Today is Eid, and I remember my father very much on every Eid."
—Son of Havaldar Muhammad Afzal Shaheed

"I am very proud to be a martyr's daughter. The Pakistan Army supported me greatly, and Alhamdulillah, today I have become a doctor. I used to celebrate Eid wholeheartedly with my father and also went with him to distribute meat. I miss my father a lot on Eid."
—Daughter of Subedar Muhammad Sarwar Shaheed

"My father was martyred on August 24, 2019, and since then, the Pakistan Army has supported me in every way. Whether it was Eid al-Fitr or Eid al-Adha, our father always dedicated his time to the Pakistan Army."
—Daughter of Subedar Major Muhammad Hussain Shaheed

"I was 3 years old when my father was martyred. It was my father's dream for me to become a doctor, and in fulfilling this dream, my mother and the Pakistan Army played a significant role. On Eid, I want to tell the public that no matter how many difficulties or challenges come in life, we should face them bravely."
—Daughter of Havaldar Muhammad Bilal Shaheed

"Eid is not the same as it used to be with my father. With the help of the Pakistan Army, I have been able to fulfill my father's dream today."
—Daughter of Lance Naik Muhammad Arshad Shaheed

On this joyous occasion of Eid, it is the national duty of every Pakistani to remember and pay tribute to the sacrifices of the martyrs.
