Tiramisu for breakfast, but make it high protein and guilt free!

To make: (one serving)
1. Prepare Egg-Coffee mixture:
Dissolve instant coffee in some got water.
Whisk together with 1 egg and 1 egg white, 10ml milk and vanilla extract.

2. Soak and cook bread:
Dip three pieces of bread (around 90-100g) in the prepared mixture, cook on medium heat in very little oil/ ghee.
2-3 minute on each side until golden. (Tip: Cool the edges too)

3. Make the cream:
Whisk 100g hung curd or Greek yogurt, 1 scoop (30g) Vanilla whey protein of choice, sugar free vanilla syrup untill smooth.
Add milk or water if too thick.

4. Assemble:
Layer toast and cream alternately.
Dust some cocoa powder on top.
