On March 4, 2024, officers respond to a person who
witnesses claim is prowling vehicles and attempting
to break into them. Officers locate the suspect and are forced to pursue her as she's fleeing. They are eventually able to close in and tackle the suspect to detain her, at which point she bites an officer while being detained. Suspect is charged with:

Fleeing/Eluding officer
Battery on Officer

Case is still pending.
