How to Make Southern Biscuits:
2 cups White Lily Self Rising Flour
2 TBSP salted butter
3/4 cup to 1 cup heavy cream

⏱ Preheat oven to 460 degrees 0:09
⏱ Cut the butter into the flour 0:33
⏱ Make a well in the mixture to pour in the cream and mix with fork 1:08
⏱ Add more cream if needed 2:04
⏱ What is a shaggy dough? 2:50
⏱ "Knead" the dough 3:13
⏱ Press out the dough 3:45
⏱ Cut the biscuits using a biscuit cutter (or a glass) 4:08
⏱ Put the biscuits on the pan so they are touching 5:10
