4 cups All Purpose Flour
2 Tbsp Baking Powder
2 Tsp Salt

Pulse in a food processor (or whisk to mix)

2 Sticks Unsalted Butter (chilled very firm in freezer)

Cut each stick into 8 pieces and place in food processor with flour mixture, pulse until butter is the size of peas. Pour into large bowl.

2 Cups Very Cold Buttermilk

Add to flour/butter mixture and stir just until it comes together. Dump out onto floured counter and gently roll to 3/4” thick, cut out with biscuit cutter. Cook in conventional oven at 450 about 15 minutes or convection oven at 400 for 12 minutes.
