How To Make Torrejas | Guatemalan Torrejas| Molletes | Mother's Day Video

I loved growing up around women that loved to cook, especially my grandma and mom. My grandma loved desserts, and as I approach mothers day I think about how much her cooking has influenced my mom, my sister, and myself. For as long as I could remember my mom has made traditional meals in our home, including TORREJAS. Now many countries have recipes, but these are specific to Guatemala made from Guatemalan pan dulce, or sweet bread called, MOLLETES.

In this video me and my mom may this festive holiday dish, and say thank you to all the amazing mamas out there.
