MOVEMENT
SINGLE HOOK helps us to work on leg movements. As you continue to tone up your body, you will find it much easier to perform control and give direction to your movement.

The same goes for REACH and TURN. Slowly reaching and turning to feel the power to perform a fluid and control dance movement, working on the arms.


BALANCE
BALANCE ROLL is a light exercise to work toward advanced aerial tricks. INVERTED ARROW practices our balance upside down.

TECHNIQUE today is all about FOOTLOCK. A fundamental trick that should be our second nature.
