Training for Static Monsters Worldwide 2024 Part 1

Last July, I traveled to London to compete in the Static Monsters World Championship, it was there I deadlifted 400kg on the wagon wheels as a U105 competitor, this year I'm returning as a 105 looking to increase this PR and solidify my name in the Australian Strongman Record books

The Static Monsters Worldwide is a one weekend, super sized strongman competition with events running across more than 20 countries. All events follow the same rules, equipment regulations and scoring system. This offers competitors a world ranking on their Log Lift and Axle Deadlift

Ill be competing at The Empire Body Shop, situated in Logan QLD, this year as a U105 men's competitor
