The holiday season is all about the cookies, isn't it? I love every kind, but sometimes I just don't have the will to make the ones that I have spoon our or roll out. That's when I make cookie bars!

Inspired by the holiday pecan pies, I came up with a walnut and molasses variation, and there's chocolate for good measure! There's nothing easier than beating together this cookie batter and pouring into a pan. Once baked and cooled, just cut them up into squares.
