This week we'll be comparing the Electro Voice RE15 with the Beyerdynamic M88! Different microphone companies made microphones with high and low proximity effect for different uses. The RE15 has very little proximity effect, and the M88 has a ton of proximity effect. I know people that prefer both on drums, so hopefully this video helps determine which you like for yourself.
