This is the 10th all in one full body workout which includes cardio interspersed with strength training and balance exercises. We'll do strength exercises to focus on all of the major muscles and get in some faster cardio intervals. We'll finish with a proper cool-down and stretching. This is an intermediate level workout targeting the 4 most important aspects of fitness: strength, cardio, balance and stretching (flexibility). Please have a variety of weights handy and a chair which will come in handy. This is a little bit more challenging than some of my beginner workouts but as always, go at your own pace and take breaks when you need them. As always, this is low impact. Please use your judgment on when to modify exercises. If you feel a move isn't good for you, please change the exercise to a move that is more suitable for you. You can walk in the comfort of your own home with this workout:) During the 5 minute exercises for abs, make sure to flex/tighten your abs on the punching moves and try to stabilize your body as you punch.
