I often receive emails from women who are over 40 and feel like they've left it too late to start their families. I don't believe this to be true. Especially with new research coming out about how lifestyle factors can improve egg quality.

In this class we'll work on releasing the stress that can come from feeling like time is running out. We'll embrace a feeling of trusting the process and letting our body lead the way.
