In this video I show you how to make kinder Bueno brownies. If you're looking for a fudgy brownie recipe this is the one!
Ingredients:
200g Dark Chocolate (60% Cocoa)
200g Salted Butter
3 Large Eggs
260g Caster Sugar
110g Plain Flour
50g Cocoa Powder
105g Kinder Chocolate
1 Kinder Bueno Bar
Melted White chocolate for decoration
White chocolate chips – Optional

Method:
1. Line a 9” square tin with parchment paper and preheat the oven to gas mark 4.
2. Melt the chocolate and butter together over boiling water or microwave for a few mins. Once melted leave to cool down.
3. In a separate bowl, beat the sugar and eggs together until doubled in size. The mixture should hold for a few seconds when it’s ready.
4. Add in the melted chocolate and butter mix into the egg mixture. Mix well until all combined together.
5. Add in the plain flour, cocoa powder and kinder chocolate and mix well.
6. Transfer into the tin and finish off with pressing kinder Bueno pieces into the mixture.
7. Bake in the oven for 30 mins, and leave to cool down and set in the fridge for 2 hours.
8. Cut into desired pieces and decorate with melted white chocolate and chocolate chips

Tips: If you don’t want a fudgy brownie you can leave it in the oven for another 10-15 mins.
It’s important to let the brownies set in the fridge before cutting into pieces as the chocolate needs to set again.
