1/2 kilo pork spareribs
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tbsp. minced ginger
1 tbsp. Silver Swan Soy Sauce
1 tsp. Silver Swan Vinegar
1/2 tsp. sugar
2 tbsps. Silver Swan Black Beans (Tausi)
3 tbsps. cornstarch
1 pc. chopped red chili, seeded
2 tbsps. chopped onion leeks
