This curry is named after its two main ingredients, first being Ghotam which are small juicy suckable mangoes & Sasav which is mustard. This curry is completely different from anything you have tried before, it's unmistakably sweet, sour, and has a mild spicy flavour. Ghonta Mangoes - 8 to 9 ( slightly ripe & small size )
Freshly grated Coconut - 1 cup

Warm Water - ½ cup / 120 ml
Few Curry leaves / Karee Pataa
Salt - 2 tsp
Coconut / Cooking Oil - 2 tbsp
Water - 2 cups / 500 ml
