Fiona to Kona (Episode 1) - Pro triathlete trains for first Ironman World Championship

Howdy! I'm Fiona Moriarty and I'm an Irish pro triathlete based in Portland, Oregon. I live with my fiance/videopgrapher Josh Sutton and bread-loving Australian Shepherd Leif. This episode shows a typical training day as I start to build towards the Ironman World Championship in ~8 weeks.
