नाचणीचा डोसा, सूप आणि चटणी बनवण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
मूगडाळीची चटणी
• १/२ कप मुगडाळ
• २ हिरव्या मिरच्या
• २ लसूण पाकळ्या
• १ चमचा साखर
• चवीनुसार मीठ
• १ चमचा तेल
• १ चमचा मोहरी
• १ चमचा जिरं
• चिमूटभर हिंग
• सुक्या लाल मिरच्या
• कढीपत्ता
• १/२ चमचा हळद
सूप
• २ गाजरं
• १ टोमॅटो
• १/२ हिरवी मिरची
• १ लसूण पाकळी
• जरुरीनुसार पाणी
• जरुरीनुसार पाणी
• चवीनुसार मीठ
• चिली फ्लेक्स
• मिक्सड हर्ब्स
• काळी मिरपूड
नाचणी डोसा
• १ कप नाचणीचं पीठ
• चवीनुसार मीठ
• जरुरीनुसार पाणी
• तेल

Today’s recipe is nachani dosa, soup and chutney. This is a very easy, simple and quick recipe. Basically, in summer no one feels like having chapati sabji. Then in such cases this can be a good option for you. This is a full meal. Nachani is rice in fiber, iron and calcium. Moong dal provides proteins and tomato and carrot and good for health. If you are bored of having the same menu or chapati sabji then this is a good option for you. It looks nice, colorful and tastes simply amazing. Try this recipe at home and write to me. Ingredients:
Moong Dal Chutney
• 1/2 cup Moong dal
• 2 Green chilies
• 2 Garlic cloves
• 1 tsp Sugar
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp Oil
• 1 tsp Mustard seeds
• 1 tsp Cumin seeds
• A pinch of Hing
• 1~2 dry Red chilies
• Curry leaves
• 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
Soup
• 2 Carrots
• 1 Tomato
• 1/2 Green chili
• 1 Garlic clove
• Water as needed
• Water to adjust the consistency
• Salt to taste
• Chili flakes
• Mixed herbs
• Black Pepper powder
Nachani Dosa
• 1 cup Nachani flour
• Salt to taste
• Water as needed
• Oil

Method:
Moong dal Chutney
• Wash moong dal 2-3 times really good and soak it in enough water for about 30 minutes.
• Transfer the soaked moong dal into a blender jar and add green chilies, garlic, sugar and salt.
• Blend everything well together into chutney and take it out into a bowl.
• Heat up oil in a tadka pan and add mustard seeds.
• When mustard seeds pop up, turn off the gas and add cumin seeds, hing, dry red chilies, curry
leaves and turmeric powder.
• Add this tadka into the chutney and mix well. Chutney is ready.
Soup
• Wash tomato and carrot really good.
• Peel the carrot and chop it into pieces.
• Chop tomato roughly.
• Transfer the carrot and tomato into a cooker and add green chili, garlic and water.
• Close the lid and steam on medium heat for about 10 minutes.
• You can cook it on medium heat until 1 whistle.
• Open the lid and let the mixture cool down a little.
• Blend the mixture into smooth puree in blender and take it out into a pan.
• Add water, salt, chili flakes, mixed herbs and black pepper powder and mix well.
• Bring the mixture to boil and turn off the gas. Soup is ready.
Nachani Dosa
• Mix nachani flour and salt well together and add a little water at a time to make batter.
• The batter should have runny consistency.
• You can add veggies of your choice in the batter if you want.
• Cover and rest the batter for about 10-15 minutes.
• Heat up a pan on medium heat and grease it well with oil.
• Mix the batter well once and make dosa.
• Cover and cook on medium heat until the edges are loosened.
• Remove the lid and take the dosa off on a wire rack.
