A few recipes from the video:
Overnight Oats:
2 tbsp chia seeds
3 tbsp oats
1/2 cup soy milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp turmeric + some pepper to activate the turmeric

Apple Pancakes:
For the batter:
1 cup oat flour
1 cup soy milk
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 pinch salt
1 banana

Chocolate Blended Oatmeal:
1/2 cup oat flour
3/4 cup soy milk
1 pinch salt
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 mashed banana
1 scoop protein powder

Strawberry Milk x Matcha:
1 banana
5-7 pieces of strawberries (I used frozen)
1 cup plant milk (use oat if you want sweeter)
1 tbsp optional agave/maple syrup
Blend all of these together in a blender.
Mash 2 strawberries at the bottom of a tall glass, pour in the strawberry milk and a shot of matcha, mix well & enjoy.

For the banana milk: blend together 1 cup of plant milk (use oat if you want it sweeter), pour into a glass and add a shot of matcha. It is heavenly.

Choc & Banana Nice Cream
2 frozen bananas
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 scoop protein powder
1/4 cup soy milk
