Then we made the fried milanese pork the traditional way, dredged in flour and eggs, added special herbs and seasonings to the homemade panko and Italian-style bread crumbs mix, and fried them until golden brown. You can serve them with mashed potatoes, gravy, and a nice salad.

• 2 Boneless Pork Chops 1 Inch Thick - Tenderized and Pounded Thin
• 1 Cup of All Purpose Flour
• 2 Large Eggs
• 1-2 oz. of Milk
• 1 Cup of Homemade Panko Style Bread Crumbs
• ½ Cup of Italian Bread Crumbs
• ½ TSP of Rosemary
• ½ TSP of Garlic Powder
• ½ TSP of Onion Powder
• ½ TSP of Black pepper
• ¼ TSP of Smoked Paprika
• ⅛ TSP or 1 Pinch of Cayenne Pepper
• 1 TBSP of Parsley Flakes
• Salt to Taste
• Pepper to Taste
• Oil for the Pan

👉Cooking Instructions:
• In a cast iron skillet, add about 4 oz. of oil to the pan and set your burner to medium. Let it get hot. Use a meat thermometer to check the temperature of the oil; it should be between 350°F and 375°F. Now, place the breaded Milanese pork in the pan, carefully facing away from you, and fry for 1-3 minutes each side until golden brown or done to your liking. Season and serve with mashed potatoes topped with parsley flakes and gravy.
