Hey guys! I did it, I created the perfect posture routine for us. This is likely one of a few posture walkthroughs I will come out with for our community. This is a routine which addresses postural syndromes of BOTH the upper and lower body. Future routines will likely isolate each one!

The goal with this routine is to:
1. Improve endurance for muscles we use to maintain better posture
2. Activate muscles commonly inhibited with poor posture and raise our awareness and control of these muscles
