Kreutzer Etude #11, Practice Guide (Shifting)

Описание к видео Kreutzer Etude #11, Practice Guide (Shifting)

This video offers some suggestions for how to practice Kreutzer Etude #11.

This is probably the most famous etude is all of violin for shifting! In some ways, it is an enhancement of Etude #9, except that we will combine finger pattern repetition with shifting during legato passages. It is a great etude for practicing Yost-style shifting, since there are lots of repeated notes and we are sticking around positions 1-5.
