The tempo of this class is not too fast, so it has a calming Pilates flow as you move through the home workout routine. Like most Pilates classes, we will have a total body Pilates workout in just under 30 minutes.

Helpful hint: if you want more work, don’t inflate the small Pilates ball all of the way.
