From a coffeeshop at Old Airport Road to Sims Vista, the Pang family culinary continues to thrive! Meet Lionel Pang, a passionate 22-year-old hawker, who's taking the reins from his dad, Mr Pang Kin Cheng, to serve up some traditional roast meats.

Under his father's expert guidance, Lionel's skills have been finely honed. Their stall is a haven for lovers of authentic, charcoal-roasted delights: roast duck, Char Siu, and the must-try Sio Bak, known for its ultra-crunchy skin and succulently juicy meat.
