I wanted to talk a bit about shoulder Position for Handstand, so people can better understand the details in the factors that go into it.

Factors that contribute to a stable shoulder position in handstand:

Shoulder Angle
Spinal Flexion/Extension
Scapular Elevation/Depression
Scapular Protraction/Retraction
Shoulder Rotation

This video ended up being longer than I intended, but I wanted to help people understand that what's happening here goes deeper than "more push".
Hopefully this gives you a better idea of how to optimize your shoulder position, or how to better coach handstands.
