A balance trainer and resistance band offers a variety of movements / exercises that build muscle and are simple to use. NOTE - if you've never used a balance trainer or BOSU, be sure to go slow and get used to the instability it provides. A balance trainer can take time to get used to so that you're safely using the strength device.
