Tang Yuan (Glutinous Rice Ball) is a staple dessert in the chinese celebration of Winter Solstice. Justine shares with us this episode the Teochew version of Tang Yuan infused with pumpkin, sweet potato, and pandan leaf extract and immersed in ginger sweet broth. It is fragrant, sweet and springy to taste.
