LTT/Lokmanya Tilak Terminus -- VSKP/Visakhapatnam Junction

The Visakhapatnam – Lokmanya Tilak Terminus Express is a daily Express train service of the Indian Railways. It was launched on 24 March 2010.
Daggubati Purandeswari, Union Minister of State for Human Resources, flagged off the train at Visakhapatnam railway station in the presence of the local MLAs, MPs of Vizag district and East Coast Railway officials.
This train is presently operated by the South Coast Railway of Indian Railways. The train runs between Visakhapatnam Junction and Lokmanya Tilak Terminus covering 1,502 km (933 mi) in 29 hours and 15 minutes and from Lokmanya Tilak Terminus to Visakhapatnam in 28 hours and 20 minutes.
The train was earlier numbered as 12749 and 12750. The train frequency was changed from Bi-weekly to Daily as presented in the Railway Budget 2013-14. But From 10 September 2013 onwards reducing the status of 12749/12750 Visakhapatnam-Mumbai LTT from SF to ‘ordinary express’ renumbered as 18519/18520. The train no. 22847/22848 passing through same starting point VSKP and ending point LTT via Nagpur is weekly SF passing through Nagpur Junction, Manmad Junction and Nashik Road.
Train number 18519 stops at Samalkot Jn, Rajahmundry, Tanuku, Bhimavaram, Akividu, Kaikaluru, Gudivada, Vijayawada Junction, Kazipet, Moula Ali, Secunderabad Junction, Lingampalli, Vikarabad, Tandur, Wadi, Gulbarga, Solapur and Pune en route to Lokmanya Tilak Terminus. Train no 18520 stops at the same stations, but the other way around.
The train consists of One First Class Ac + One Two Tier AC coach+ Three Three tier AC coach, ten Sleeper Class coaches, Six Unreserved General coaches and two Unreserved Luggage cum Sleeper Coaches.
The train is regularly hauled by Kalyan WDP4D locomotive from LTT to Wadi to Vijayawada Junction with BZA WAP4 / VSKP WAP7 again at Vijayawada Gooty WDP4D with a loco reversal at Vijayawada.

Visakhapatnam Junction railway station (station code: VSKP) is a major railway station located in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India. It is administered under the South Coast Railway zone. In 2017, as part of the Swachh Rail campaign, the Quality Council of India rated Visakhapatnam as the cleanest railway station in the country. The station is a major stop on the Howrah–Chennai main line. For its progress in adopting green concepts through reduction of adverse environmental impacts, the Visakhapatnam railway station was awarded a Platinum rating by the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC). The station is a terminal station ; trains must return the same way as they arrive. With many trains arriving at the same time.
The railway station was originally called Waltair railway station. Visakhapatnam is the largest railway station of the east coast railway and an A1 category station. The Visakhapatnam railway station is administered by the South Coast Railway of Indian Railways, headquartered in Visakhapatnam.
The Diesel Loco Shed at Visakhapatnam, is the largest diesel shed in Indian Railways, with a capacity to accommodate 300 diesel locomotives. While, the Electric Loco Shed is currently holding 231 electric locomotives.
It holds WDM-2 – 57, WDS-6 – 10, WDG-3A – 96 alongside 3 rail busses.
While, the Visakhapatnam Electric Loco Shed can accommodate 297 locomotives which includes WAG-5 – 83, WAP-4 – 21, WAP-7 – 35, WAG-6 – 9, WAG-9 – 172.

Lokmanya Tilak Terminus (also known by its former name Kurla Terminus, station code: LTT), is a railhead and a major railway terminus in the Kurla suburb of Mumbai, India. LTT is managed by the Central Railway. The Kurla and Tilak Nagar suburban railway stations are located nearby. It is one of the five railway terminals within Mumbai, the others being Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus, Dadar on the Central line, and Mumbai Central and Bandra Terminus on the Western line.
LTT is located in middle of two suburban railway stations, Tilak Nagar and Kurla, on the Harbour line. It is easily accessible through Tilak Nagar as a direct overhead bridge is made to LTT from Tilak Nagar. A share rickshaw service is available from Kurla to LTT via level crossing. Average opening of the level crossing gate is 20 minutes.
In October 2012, CR announced plans to cease long-distance train services at Dadar Terminus within 5–6 years.
