HOW TO MAKE BAKED STUFFED SHRIMP

If you love Baked Stuffed Jumbo Shrimp like me, you'll enjoy this recipe! Trust me this dish will not disappoint it's delicious and your family and friends will love you for it. All the ingredients are listed below.


HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

20 jumbo shrimp, shelled, deveined and butterflied
Fresh lump crabmeat
6 tablespoons butter (3 tbsp to sauté veggie and 3 tbsp melted to coat shrimp)
1 cup onion, minced
1 tbsp jalapeno peppers
1/4 cup bell peppers, chopped
1/2 cup celery, minced
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1 egg
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
3 packs Ritz crackers, crushed (original)
1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
Dry seasoning - salt, pepper, garlic powder, garlic salt, paprika, old bay, onion powder, adobo
