Welcome to DrHans Brewery! In this beautiful outdoor brewing video shot on my Panasonic Lumix S5 with a vintage M42 Helios 44-2 lens, you'll see me brewing a batch of all-grain beer using the no chill method in my garden.

Using the no chill method, beer enthusiasts can enjoy brewing without the hassle of chilling wort. This zero chill method involves transferring the hot wort directly into a no chill brewing container or allowing it to cool overnight in the kettle for all-grain brewing.

In this video, I won't be discussing the brewing process in-depth, but you'll still be able to see the various steps involved in all-grain brewing and the no chill method. You'll see me mash, sparge, boil, and transfer the hot wort, sometimes opting to let it cool overnight in the kettle rather than using a no chill container.

After the beer has fermented and aged, there will be follow-up videos, including a grain-to-glass video with the full recipe if you want to brew the beer yourself. Additionally, this brew is a 3-way split batch, where I pitched 3 different yeast strains. So, there will also be yeast comparison videos released in the future.
