I started this business 5 years ago when a company asked me to valet his fleet of SUV's. At this point I had only ever washed a few cars and never waxed one. I realised I had to quickly learn the art of detailing and would call people and pester them with questions and watch video after video on Youtube and practice what I saw. So in essence I am a fully self taught Detailer combining the detailing I saw on Youtube with practical on job experience. Along the way I have learned some handy tips that have made my life as a Detailer easier. I am trying to put together some instructional videos that maybe of help to someone who like me had no experience with cars or detailing.
