Hello, I’m Agrim Singh, and my journey into health and wellness has been unique.
I started as an advocate, but my passion for fitness and mental well-being led me to transition into health. Today, I specialise in yoga, psychology, nutrition, and resistance training. I am a creator of 35 week Integrated system of Health.
Before this, I was a professional cricket player, representing my state for six years. Unfortunately, injuries and misinformation cut my career short, making me realise the importance of proper training, nutrition, and recovery. This fueled my mission to guide others toward sustainable fitness and overall well-being.
With 10+ years of experience, I use a science-backed approach to help people achieve their goals while prioritizing both physical and mental health.
I am a host of podcast series “Healing With Awareness,” exploring holistic health—including physical, emotional, mental, financial, and social well-being.
