Let’s get to work this is work out number five of your Boxing for weight loss playlist.

Today we’re going through a 20 minute heavy bag build up combination workout where I take you through easy to follow boxing combinations. The last 30 seconds of the round I give you a explosive burner combo to level up and finish the round strong.

Between rounds you can do the core piece to get the metabolic a fire burning or you can simply rest and recover.

I explain every boxing combination before the round starts so you know what fire in the up coming round.
