Good morning team! Happy Weekend!

Today's video is a short Morning Workout! 15 minutes full body WAKE UPPPP (literally I just woke up when I did this, please excuse my appearance haha) - cardio, strength, core, muaythai basics, and a good time in the sun with the furry fam! Hope you enjoy the quick little kick start to the morning!

For all these exercises, we work for 45 seconds and rest for 15. Do them at a pace you're comfortable with and feel free to adapt them if you have injuries or and discomfort when performing these movements!
