Ingredients

1/2 cup of olive oil
1 large onion diced
2 garlic gloves diced
1 Tablespoon of hot pepper sauce
1
Teaspoon of ground black pepper
1 Teaspoon of sweet paprika
1/2 cup of tomato sauce
1/3 cup of red wine
Salt for seasoning (for taste)
1/2 cup of fresh parsley
750 grams of green peas (frozen and thawed)
2 chouriços cut in round slices
4 cups of water
Chicken ( I used 3 chicken wings and 1 large chicken breast cut I 4 pieces)

3 to 4 servings

1/2 xícara de azeite
1 cebola grande picada
2 dentes de alho
1 colher de sopa de Pimenta moída
1 colher de chá de pimenta preta em pó
1 colher de chá de clorau
1/2 xícara de molho de tomate
1/3 xícara de vinho tinto
Sal para temperar (a gosto)
1/2 xícara de salsa fresca picadinha
750 gramas de ervilhas verdes (congeladas e descongeladas)
2 chouriços cortados em rodelas
4 xícaras de água
Frango (usei 3 asas de frango e 1 peito de frango grande cortado em 4 pedaços)

Pode servir 3 a 4 pessoas
