In this Pilates Core Workout, we’ll focus on our powerhouse center, including the abdominals, glutes, back and shoulders. We’ll hit the front, back and side body for a full core routine!

All you’ll need is your mat and 30 minutes. This is a great pilates core workout on its own, in addition to an upper/lower body workout, or as an add-on to a cardio routine. This will fire up your core, and support your posture and alignment as you move throughout the rest of your day.

I offer modifications for many exercises to make them more pilates beginner level if needed.
