Travel Buddy Oven Cook Ups Ep 12 - Bacon & Egg Wraps

Travel buddy cook up number 12, Bacon & Egg Wraps, an easy to cook, super tasty meal, one of many people's go to breakfast treats.
I wasn't sure how this was going to go, if the eggs would run everywhere before they had a chance to cook, I was pleasantly surprised at the end result. I did preheat the oven and get it and the egg rings as hot as possible first, then turn the temp down a fraction once in the oven. I checked them at about 20 minutes and flipped the bacon over. They were probably about 10 minutes over cooked in the end, due to me checking out a couple of extra points of interest around the lake, but they still tasted delicious and it will be one I add to our tours for sure.

*Remember its not perfect, compared to the way you cook at home in your own oven, but it's all happening while your driving and saving you time when you arrive at your destination or for your lunch stop on the road. Keep trying different foods and times and see what works for you and your family.

Pre heat oven for 30-40mins, Prep time 10 mins, cooking time approx 45-50 mins.
Ingredients -
Eggs (salt & pepper)
Bacon
Wraps (or roll/sandwich/bun your choice)
Cheese
Baby Spinach
Sauce (tomato or bbq)
