510am Windsor Fire Crews were on scene of a defensive house fire in the 1500 block of Totten, fire was in the attic & fire attack quickly underway. Fire crews were still dealing with hot spots 2 hours after fire was put under control. Fire appears to have started in the basement, damage is estimated at 300,000.
