1 cup = 250 ml; Tbsp. = Tablespoon = 15 ml; tsp. = teaspoon = 5 ml; g = grams
Ingredients:
2 cups Basmati Rice
1 ½ cups Onion
1 cup Tomato
10 Cardamom Pods
3" Cinnamon Stick
10 Cloves
½ tsp. Turmeric Powder
3 Tbsp. Cooking Oil
Salt to Taste

Serves: 4 -5
