I was so intrigued by the name of this maltshake recipe by Deb Durrant I knew I had to try it.

I’m trying out half the portion of the original recipe and making some adaptations based on what I have.
✅1/2 cup Love Earth Organic white sesame seeds, soaked for an hour in filtered water and drained
✅1 1/4 cups filtered water, actually I’ll use coconut water
✅2 Medjool dates, pitted

✅1 teaspoon Organicule maca powder since I don’t have mesquite
✅1/2 tablespoon melted Marylebone coconut oil
✅Pinch of salt
✅1/2 teaspoon lecithin - optional
