A quiet session without sound or instructions | Feldenkrais, Somatics, Movement

In this quiet movement session I'm looking at the relationship of my legs' a-d-ductor and a-b-ductor muscles, inward rotation, my glutes medius and minimus, differentiating the movements of my hip-joints from my lower back, a bit of rolling and balance, the relationship of flexors and extensors, nerve flossing of the legs initiated by foot movement, and a bit of muscle strengthening through isometric holds.
