Join me for this 30-minute pilates pyramid workout! In this workout we will use pilates and barre inspired moves to work your entire body to strengthen and stretch. We'll use the pyramid format -- going up in time and back down in time, so it will feel a little different than your traditional pilates flow. As always i will give you different options so listen to your body and work to your level. Are you ready? Let's do it!
