This your 30 Minute BodyFit by Amy Pilates Pyramid Workout. This is day #16 of your BodyFit Strong Challenge and in this workout we are going to work your entire body using pilates inspired moves for strength and mobility. But instead of our traditional pilates flow we are going to do it in an interval pyramid format: so going up the pyramid in time and coming down the pyramid in time, while alternating between two pilates moves in each circuit. We're gonna have a great time! Are you ready? Let's do it!
