在上週的影片中，我和大家分享了我到屏東東港魚市場的旅程。阿興生魚片的黃老闆帶我參與了一次大開眼界的清晨探訪，看看他如何在魚山魚海中找到完美的魚。

在今天的影片中，我們全家將看到如何把這條超過200公斤的黑鮪魚分割成不同的部分。在一些精彩的刀具展示後，我們前往阿興生魚片餐廳，看看黃老闆如何將一條魚變成六道不同的菜餚。我們還點了一些家人最愛的蔬菜，來搭配這頓美妙的一餐。

In last week’s video, I shared with you my trip to the Pingtung Bluefin Tuna Market. I joined local sushi restaurant owner Mr. Huang on an eye-opening, early morning excursion to see how he navigates the hustle and bustle of the market to find the perfect fish.

In today’s video, our family watches as they fillet a 200+kg bluefin tuna into different cuts. After some amazing blade smith action, we head over to A-hsin Sashimi restaurant to see how Mr. Huang turns 1 fish into 6 different dishes. We also order some of our family-favorite dishes to round off this amazing meal.

This video was not sponsored. I called up Mr. Huang one day and asked him if our family visited Kenting, if he had any video ideas. He said he would take me to the fish market, show us the filleting process, and cook up a meal we’d never forget. Thank you to Mr. Huang and all the hard workers at the restaurant.
