Many people think that the 100m race is simply about running as fast as you can in a straight line... Now, whilst that's technically true, there is actually so much more to perfecting this event, and the race can actually be broken up into different components. In this video, I break the 100m dash into 5 different phases and go through what you want to focus on at each point.
