Saturday the 29th June, running the Clumber Park parkrun.
233rd parkrun and 156th at Clumber Park.

Not too much of warm morning to start with, cooler than it had been recently and started raining just before the start. The rain didn't last long and it ended up being rather humid.
Should probably taken it easy ahead of the Round Sheffield Run on Sunday, but felt like pushing the pace a little and the legs let me on this occasion.

10th placed finisher out of 298 and 2nd in the 40-44 age group
