70.3 Musselman Race Recap // Best 70.3 I've Ever Done

On July 14th I completed Ironman 70.3 Musselman in Upstate New York! This race was a 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike, and 13.1 mile run. This was my 6th half ironman and I did the race on my 24th birthday! In this video I am taking you through my full race recap; breaking down the course, how I did, and a review of the overall venue.
