Today is a full body workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! Your workout today challenges you to get a certain number of reps in per minuute before 45 seconds of the minute has gone by. At 45 seconds we will rest for 15 seconds before repeating the exercise 2 more rounds. If you wish to not count and just work for 45 seconds, I will always tell you when you have reached the 45 second mark. If you finish you reps in 20-30 seconds, increase your weight or your rep number in rounds 2 and 3 to get closer to the 35-45 seconds of work time frame. I used my 10, 15, 20, and 25 pound dumbbells so grab your dumbbells and let's CRUSH IT!

12. 15 Tricep Overhead Extensions
13. 16 Romanian Deadlifts
