做法:
1.排骨多清洗几次,把血水洗掉
2.热油把蒜末&豆豉爆香
3.腌排骨,料酒1勺,盐1勺,白糖1勺,生抽2勺,蚝油1勺,辣椒,炒好的蒜末&豆豉,淀粉2勺
4.把排骨和调味料混合均匀,腌15分钟
5.腌好的排骨,放入盘子里,拿去蒸20分钟
